Accessibility

We aim for this website to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. That is our target, not a certification: the site has not been audited by a third party.

• Text colors are measured against their backgrounds to meet the AA contrast ratios.
• Everything works with a keyboard, and the focused item is always clearly outlined.
• Buttons and links are large enough to tap comfortably on a phone.
• If your device is set to reduce motion, animations stop; the turning “How a job runs” wheel becomes a plain list.
• Pages use real headings and lists, the form fields are labeled, and form errors are announced to screen readers.
• The site works from a small phone up to a large screen, and when text is zoomed.

Some photographs of our work have short descriptions, and content from other services (such as WhatsApp or Google) follows those services’ own accessibility. We keep improving as we find issues.
