The site describes our services in general terms. Photographs show jobs we have done; the descriptions of what a job includes are typical, and every house is different. Nothing on the site is an offer, a quote or a price for your project.

Asking for an estimate is free and does not commit you to anything. An estimate becomes an agreement only when you and we both sign a written contract.

That contract sets the scope, price, schedule, payments and any warranty for your job. If it ever disagrees with something on this website, the contract wins.

When you use the estimate form, you agree that the information is accurate and yours to share, and that we may call, text or email you about your request. How we handle it is explained in our Privacy Policy.

Please do not:

• send spam, false requests or automated submissions through the form;
• try to access the staff area or any part of the site that is not public;
• interfere with the site’s security or performance, or copy it in bulk.

The text, photographs, illustrations and logo on this site belong to Old House New Tricks Construction or are used with permission. You may share links to our pages, but you may not copy or reuse the content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Links to WhatsApp, Google and other services are there for your convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their terms.

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. Warranties for our work are only those written in your contract.
